Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
1/2 juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp of salt
Add cracked pepper if you wish.
Directions:
In a food processor add the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream and your garlic clove. Blend the ingredients together well. Then add the spices and Worcestershire sauce.
add the blue cheese into the mixture and fold into the mixture with a spatula I like the keep the Blue cheese chunks or crumbles whole.
Add the lemon juice with a final stir. Taste for salt and pepper (if needed).

If you’re looking to save calories, this is not the recipe for you! But it is good! A great side with saucy barbeque wings. (my bourbon barbeque sauce). Great for a veggie platter or a nice side salad with a good steak! Mm mm something about a barbeque steak with blue cheese sounds yummy! Great as a topping on a baked potato. I say go for it!
