Watercress is a nice crunchie leafy green, you will find at your local grocers in the bagged fresh greens section).
Watercress is usually found growing in the water, and can be found growing in soil. It is a part of the spinach family. Up north my father would pick it out of the ditches. It has a more peppery, more pungent flavor.
We had it in salads and on bread n butter sandwiches with cucumbers. (it's an English thing)
The Smoked Salmon you can find in a good quality grocery store or a fish market.
The bread I used was from World Market and is also found at Whole foods an other specialty stores.
The name of it is Mestemacher I believe it's a German product. It's very healthy and is a high fiber and low fat bread.
Those beautiful bright and colorful watermelon radishes are from my visit at the Saturday Morning Market, here is the link!
