It was another beautiful day in St.Petersburg, Florida, perfect for a visit to the Saturday Morning Market.
It's easy to be inspired by the vendors and they are selling. It get's my creative spark going!
I know the "in" thing is mushrooms these days, they are so good for so many things.
Mushrooms are known for their health benefits, they help support the immune system. They are known to support gut health and help with diet and weightloss.
They can also aid in lowering bloodpressure and supporting brain health. There are many varieties of mushrooms to choose from. All very tasty and earthy.
We came across a vendor selling mushrooms as well as coffees teas and drops all to help support good health. He was very knowledgeable on the product he was selling.

I had a cup this morning, it was very light tasting you still had that hit of coffee but not as strong. So this mushroom coffee was lighter in color yet still had a nice coffee scent to it. I am going to see how it works for my own gut health. I could certainly use more clarity in my life and less brain fog as well.
This morning, I had a cupof Mushroom coffee it was quite mild in flavor; it still had a coffee taste, but not as intense. The mushroom coffee was lighter in color but still had a pleasant coffee aroma. I'm planning to see how it affects my gut health. I could definitely benefit from more mental clarity and less brain fog.

Here is what to check for for the freshest mushrooms ; make sure what ever mushrooms you ar looking at, have a nice color to them.
Make sure there are no blemishes on them, and of course they must smell fresh too. They should smell lightly earthy and have firm, dry and smooth caps to them. Anything with a pungant odour or slimy texture is a no for sure.
I picked up some mushroom coffee and I am hoping it will make a difference with my gut health. Mushroom coffee and teas are supposed to be good for your focus and immune system and all around good health. Their coffee packages are 20% powder and 80% coffee. I picked up the Sanibel Blend which contains a blend of chaga cordyceps, lions mane, reishi, maitake, shiitake, turkeytail, and oyster mushrooms.
