This is one of my favorite breakfasts! It's healthy, easy and delicious!
Everyone is into low carb diets these days. Hubby & I do try to stick to it, but we do free ourselves up on the weekends.

This is simplicity at its best, a low card cracker with fresh avocado mash. Just a little lemon juice for brightness, freshness and to help with keeping the avocado from oxidizing.
I added a few baby tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Then you gotta love that "everything bagel spice" it is delicious addition, to this breakfast plate!
I have added everything spice to my salads and anything that is green and healthy.
This is a bright and colorful breakfast. You have to feed your eyes first, then the tummy comes second! lol.
