St. Pete's MSaturday Morning Market

Updated: May 15

To Market, to Market..

These are just a few shots I got at The St. Pete’s Market, here in Florida. It was the start of the season and it was very busy! Farm fresh fruits & veggies. You have your rustic breads, baked goods and just a wonderland for the 5 senses! Not to mention, some of the food trucks that were on the scene, We didn’t get to try everything, but what we did try was amazing!

Love the wood fired oven pizza from La Strata. What a great pizza! And baked in a wood fired oven that’s actually built into the Food truck! So hats off to La Strata for their great Za!! https://www.lastrada.online/

I love a to shoot food and flowers and I always seem to go to the Worden Farms Stand. They have beautiful organic produce and I love their flowers. They are so bright and floral. I can’t resist but to get a shot or two of their beautiful flowers. https://www.wordenfarm.com

I believe these are nicknamed "Florida's Cranberries" and they are beautiful! They are actually called Roselle Hibiscus. You can make syrups with this beautiful fruit, add it to drinks, desserts and even pancakes and are used for both sweet and savory dishes. This is just from my own research. Would love to try it! I am now intrigued and am going to have to play with my food some more!

The Tarnished Apple may be back next Saturday! I love to share the wealth of creativity & food that's out there! There are so many creators out there! Food really does bring people together.
