add S&P to taste
top with the butter lettuce, finish off with the other half of the toasted bagel
I did get my bagels local and freshly made and if you are looking for smoked salmon, you can find them already packaged and ready to go at your local grocers in the seafood section.
Is your mouth watering yet? I have already bit into mine!! This is one of my favorite sandwiches to eat, when I am hankering for something really sumptuous. This is it!
It is not a traditional bagel & lox but this is my way to eat one.
Enjoy!!
